Founding Membership Agreement Terms & Pricing Breakdowns
Effective 2026 — This is a legally binding membership agreement for camping services between You (Purchaser) and Yatta Abba Outpost LLC, Abbeville, AL (Company).
1. Nature of purchase: Fully protected membership deposit for future services at Yatta Abba Outpost; strictly a customer purchase of future services and not an investment or real estate deed.
2. Membership tiers:
• $150 Outpost Explorer Pass: Perfect for a quick weekend escape to our 1830's preserve. Skip the future inflation rates and lock in your getaway today! We're including 4 complimentary primitive camping nights (Valued up to $280, valid for a full 24 months after opening) & 10% off retail during your stay.
• $300 Campfire Pass: 9 complimentary primitive camping nights (Valued up to $630, valid for a full 24 months from opening) and 10% off retail during your stay!
•$500 Access Pass: 14 free primitive nights (valid for 12 months from opening), lifetime 10% discount on stays and retail!
• $1,500 Pioneer Pass: ONLY TEN AVAILABLE!! We are giving you the opportunity to name a road within our park, plus 28 free primitive nights (valid for 12 months from opening), lifetime 15% discount on stays and retail!
• $5,000 Family Builder Pass: ONLY THREE AVAILABLE!! We are giving you naming rights on one of our bathhouses, plus 60 free primitive nights (valid for 36 months from opening), lifetime 25% discount on stays and retail!
• $15,000 Corporate Legacy Pass: 90 free nights per year for four years, transferable within company only, lifetime 25% discount on all retail and subsequent stays!
3. Non-refundable and non-transferable: 100% Refundable under the Failure to Open Guarantee if services not rendered by Dec 31, 2027; otherwise non-refundable with cash surrender value.
4. No deeded interest: No deeded site, assigned site, long-term lease, or real estate ownership is created. Site preference grants an early booking window only, not a guaranteed specific plot. The Company reserves full rights to assign campsites.
5. Delivery and expiration: The Company anticipates opening by December 1, 2026. Free nights must be redeemed within the specified months after official opening or they expire. Discount benefits begin upon opening and continue for the lifetime of the Company's ownership and operation of the campground. If the Company sells the campground, a successor entity may honor terms at its discretion.
6. Failure to open guarantee: If the Company does not open and deliver camping services, Purchaser may request a full refund of the membership fee in writing to [info@yattaabbaoutpost.com]. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of valid notice as the sole and exclusive remedy.
7. Deferred revenue & construction use: Funds are routed into a dedicated capital escrow holding account and accounted for as deferred revenue.
8. Rules and revocation: Purchaser agrees to follow all posted campground rules, quiet hours, fire regulations, vehicle limits, and pet guidelines. The Company reserves the right to revoke membership privileges without refund for serious rule violations, illegal conduct, or property damage.
9. Limitation of liability: The Company is not liable for personal injury, property loss or damage, theft, weather events, or native wildlife encounters. Primitive camping is undertaken at your own risk.
10. Alabama governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, Henry County jurisdiction. This offering does not constitute a campground membership requiring registration under Alabama Code as it is non-transferable, provides less than 5 years of prepaid use, and retail camping value exceeds the fee.

Reservations and cancellation policy
To ensure fair access to our primitive campsites, reservations are subject to our clear schedule. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with at least 7 days notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days notice, or failure to arrive (no-shows), are non-refundable. Primitive stays take place rain or shine, except during severe weather emergencies declared by preserve management (local authority advised)
Important policies for your stay and safety
Guests must observe our wilderness guidelines to protect historic grounds and wildlife. Strict leave-no-trace practices apply: pack out everything you pack in. Campfires are allowed only in designated rings and must be thoroughly extinguished. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets must remain leashed and supervised at all times, and vehicles are restricted to designated parking zones. All guests enter and camp at their own risk, agreeing to hold Yatta Abba Outpost harmless for natural hazards inherent to primitive terrain.

| Speed limit | A strict 5 mph speed limit is enforced throughout the preserve for the safety of pedestrians and wildlife. |
| Right of way | Pedestrians always have the right of way. Please be mindful and yield to walkers. |
| Conduct | We expect all guests to be kind and courteous. Fighting or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. |
| Vehicle restrictions | No ATVs or UTVs are allowed on the property. Golf carts are permitted for transportation within the preserve. |
| Policy violations | Any violation of these rules will lead to immediate expulsion from the property without a refund. |
